Please note that while I absolutely love working one-on-one and would be happy to help you live a better life, I have limited availability for therapy.

Just the facts:

  • I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York (#000957)

  • Sessions are online.

  • Individual sessions are $250.

  • I do not accept insurance.

  • Super bills are available if you’d like to try to get reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement isn’t guaranteed.

  • New York residents only, please.

  • I have extremely limited availability and only accept new clients at certain times.
